I had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Borer by my "regular" dentist. The offices are pretty and are immaculate. My first visit was a consult to determine exactly what was needed - a root canal. At my root canal appointment, I felt only the novocaine injections, which were twinges, period. I had absolutely no pain during the procedure, and none at all afterward. Dr. Borer was great about explaining what he was doing, and he and Kearsten checked with me throughout to be sure I was comfortable. The staff, which includes Nikki and Carol, is just excellent. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

There are too many good things to say about this office! I get extremely nervous for dental procedures and the entire office was kind and kept my nerves at ease for every step of the process. Dr. Borer, Arizona, and Kirsten constantly checked on me throughout the process making sure I was okay and listened to my concerns. Not that I’m ever hoping the need for another root canal, but 100% would come back to this office with every bit of trust they will take care of me with compassion and top notch service!

Absolutely amazing experience at Ormond Endodontics with Dr. Robert Borer, D.M.D., his dental assistants, and the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. They explain everything step by step and somehow accommodate your needs before you even ask.
Dr. Borer noticed my glasses were sitting too close to my eyes and gently adjusted them for me—who does that?! He clearly respects and works seamlessly with his assistants, which makes the entire process smooth and comforting.
I had a root canal done and was shocked that I felt no pain. They even used a device that kept me from choking on saliva—totally different (and WAY better) than my first root canal experience elsewhere. Fast, professional, and genuinely thoughtful care. Highly recommend!
