I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Ormond Endodontics with Dr. Westbrook! He did my root canals, and I truly feel like I couldn’t have chosen a better provider. I was honestly expecting to be uncomfortable and was pretty nervous going into it, but Dr. Westbrook made the entire experience so much easier and more reassuring than I expected. From the beginning, Dr. Westbrook was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Throughout the entire procedure, he constantly checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. I didn’t experience any discomfort at all, which was such a relief because I had been expecting it to hurt or be an unpleasant experience. He did such a great job of keeping me relaxed, making great conversation, and making me feel completely at home. The entire office was also wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the assistants and staff were so kind and attentive throughout my visits. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. You can tell that the whole team takes pride in providing a great experience for their patients. I also had no pain afterward and truly felt like I was taken care of from start to finish. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from everyone at the office really stood out to me. I am SO happy with my choice of provider and would absolutely recommend Dr. Westbrook and Ormond Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal or endodontic care. He is truly amazing at what he does, and I will definitely be recommending him to my family, friends, and anyone looking for an endodontist! Best root canal ever— seriously!!! From the front desk staff to the support staff to the assistant Sandra to Dr Kyle Westbrook, this office is dedicated to making you comfortable and ensuring your procedure is smooth and pain free. This was an amazing experience in what must be a tough field for people to get excited about! 🤣. They were kind and concerned about my mindset and my comfort throughout the procedure. I had zero injection pain or discomfort during the very efficient 1 hour process and I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way including post procedure instructions. Excellent office and impressive clinical staff!
