I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Westbrook and the entire staff at Ormond Endodontics. Doctors like Dr. Westbrook are incredibly rare, and I feel so fortunate to have been under his care.
From the very beginning, he was exceptionally gentle, caring, accommodating, and compassionate. His bedside manner is truly unmatched. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even accommodating check-ins and communication by phone and text (even on weekends). He personally followed up to see how I was doing and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. I never felt like just another patient.
Unfortunately, it was discovered that my tooth had an unrepairable fracture and could not be saved. Even though the treatment we had originally hoped for was no longer possible, Dr. Westbrook’s care for me didn’t stop there. He referred me to an oral surgeon, and when I was having difficulty getting a response from their office, he personally took time out of his day to contact them and made sure I had an appointment for the very next day. That level of compassion, advocacy, and genuine concern for a patient is something you simply don’t encounter very often.
His staff is equally amazing — kind, gentle, caring, patient, and accommodating every step of the way. The entire office made an incredibly stressful and difficult situation so much easier for me.
I would highly recommend Dr. Westbrook and Ormond Endodontics to anyone needing endodontic care. I genuinely wish there were more doctors — and simply more people — like Dr. Westbrook. He is an exceptional doctor and an even more exceptional human being. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he and his staff did for me. I only wish I could have met him under different circumstances, and I’d genuinely love the opportunity to connect with him in person someday! <3

His assistant Sandy was also simply amazing and kind . The Office staff are all so professional and KIND . Thank you so much for your patience !

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Ormond Endodontics with Dr. Westbrook! He did my root canals, and I truly feel like I couldn’t have chosen a better provider. I was honestly expecting to be uncomfortable and was pretty nervous going into it, but Dr. Westbrook made the entire experience so much easier and more reassuring than I expected.
From the beginning, Dr. Westbrook was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Throughout the entire procedure, he constantly checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. I didn’t experience any discomfort at all, which was such a relief because I had been expecting it to hurt or be an unpleasant experience. He did such a great job of keeping me relaxed, making great conversation, and making me feel completely at home.
The entire office was also wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the assistants and staff were so kind and attentive throughout my visits. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. You can tell that the whole team takes pride in providing a great experience for their patients.
I also had no pain afterward and truly felt like I was taken care of from start to finish. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from everyone at the office really stood out to me.
I am SO happy with my choice of provider and would absolutely recommend Dr. Westbrook and Ormond Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal or endodontic care. He is truly amazing at what he does, and I will definitely be recommending him to my family, friends, and anyone looking for an endodontist!

Best root canal ever— seriously!!!
From the front desk staff to the support staff to the assistant Sandra to Dr Kyle Westbrook, this office is dedicated to making you comfortable and ensuring your procedure is smooth and pain free. This was an amazing experience in what must be a tough field for people to get excited about! 🤣. They were kind and concerned about my mindset and my comfort throughout the procedure. I had zero injection pain or discomfort during the very efficient 1 hour process and I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way including post procedure instructions. Excellent office and impressive clinical staff!
