Just on my way home from my procedure with Dr. Westbrook. He is lovely, professional, thorough and kind. I was kept informed from start to finish about my procedure and was given follow up instructions. Sandy took care of me with the Doctor, and is also wonderful and professional. Had root canal THROUGH A CROWN and it was pretty PAINLESS! Dr Westbrook was amazing! Even called that eve to check on me. Total concern about patient comfort while doing a thorough procedure. (All with a smile and lovely manners) Assistant Sandy was also wonderful! Friendly, caring staff. Excellent experience-will recommend! (Dr W even sang to me at my request! 🙂

I generally do not write reviews or complete surveys, but feel compelled to comment about my experience with Ormond Endodontics. Dr. Westbrook and his staff deserve 10 stars, IMO. Dr. Westbrook is a highly skilled, communicative professional, and his staff is very attentive and caring. My root canal was completed flawlessly and painlessly in about an hour. Dr. Westbrook explained everything before, during and after the procedure. I cannot say enough good things about this outstanding practice. Highly recommended.
