I want to thank Dr. Westbrook, as well as the entire staff, for the professional and compassionate care I received during my several visits. I believe I received the utmost professional care, while always feeling that each of you never lost sight of the personal relationship that is so important in receiving medical care. In todays world of bureaucracy and endless demands on time and results, I felt that every effort was made to assure the medical issues would be completely addressed, and as much time as I might need was given freely and with consideration and a genuine desire to make me feel at ease. I understand how rare that is today, and Dr. Westbrook and his staff are outstanding examples of how medicine can still be delivered in a thoughtful manner.
